The island’s good weather and climate allow us to do outdoor activities in Gran Canaria all year round.
No prior experience is needed for any of the activities as guides or instructors will teach you to perform them correctly and safely. Before booking, consider the recommendations and requirements needed to enjoy them, and if you have any doubts, contact us at any time.
All activities can be done alone or with your partner, family, or friends.
Besides the boat trips, you can enjoy several water activities. Except for rare occasions when dangerous waves or strong winds prevent these activities from being safely carried out, you can do these activities any day of the year.
Most water activities happen in the southwest part of the island, in the calmest and most protected area. Due to this, the Puerto de Mogan and Taurito beaches are ideal, but in summer, you can also enjoy some of these activities in Playa del Ingles.
During kayaking. you will exercise while enjoying the sea, sun, and beautiful views of the nearby cliffs. If you have no experience, we recommend booking 1 hour.
Driving a jet ski is undoubtedly one of the most enjoyable things to do in Gran Canaria. You can rent the jet ski to drive in a closed buoy circuit or take a jet ski tour along the coast.
Parasailing can be as exciting as relaxing. Also, at 100 meters high, you’ll get some magnificent views of the area.
If you are a fishing enthusiast or simply want to try this experience, with our fishing boat trips you can fish with the best equipment and with an expert crew.
We do not offer other water activities such as surf lessons, kite surfing, or windsurfing because they depend a lot on the weather and tide schedules.
Enjoy a pleasant camel ride in Maspalomas or through the Barranco de Fataga, the only two places in Gran Canaria where you can ride. From babies to adults weighing 110 kilograms, everyone can enjoy this experience.
Actually, they are not camels, but dromedaries, and even though today it is one of the main tourist attractions on the island, these animals have been linked to the history and culture of Canarias for centuries, being essential for agriculture and transportation until the early 20th century.
If you want to ride a horse in Gran Canaria, the best option is a ride in the El Salobre area, located a few kilometers from Maspalomas. You can book a 1 or 2-hour ride, and no experience is required. If you’re an experienced rider, there’ll be some areas during the tour where you can trot and gallop.
We offer various ways to explore some of the most beautiful sites on the island. The hiking routes will take you to some spectacular sites that are only accessible on foot, while the jeep safaris will allow you to reach places that are only accessible with these types of vehicles to enjoy some of the best views of the island.
In the buggy tours, we’ll only be able to explore the island on asphalt roads since the dirt road sections pass through less interesting areas, where fun and respect for the environment prevail.
If you want to explore villages, monuments, and other points of interest, the best option is to take one of our guided tours in Gran Canaria.
